Full or partial time off, handled through requests.
Leave of absence covers full time off with no quota expected, while reduced activity keeps a smaller quota in place. Both run through the same request flow, so nobody gets infracted for time you already approved.
Administrators approve or deny requests, and activity waves respect anything that is still running.
