Forms are built question by question, up to a hundred of them, with sections, required answers, validation rules and drag to reorder. A banner and a markdown description sit at the top of what applicants see, and you can preview the whole form the way they will read it.
Responses collect under their own tab with a count on it, so accepting and denying happens in the same place the form was written.
